All orders ship from our workshop in Massachusetts, USA.

Processing time

In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order tags are engraved after you order and may take up to 7 business days before shipping. If your order will take longer than expected, we will contact you.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination; tracking is provided for every order.

Order issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at thetagguylaserservices@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
